This workbook was designed to help students prepare for the New
Jersey High School Proficiency Assessment in Mathematics. It
includes two full-length, simulated practice tests that can be used
to measure a student's progress. It has skill-building exercises, review lessons and quizzes in the skill
areas tested on the HSPA:
Questions include multiple-choice,
short-answer and open-ended formats. Also included are a summary of
formulas, properties and laws, a glossary, and a mathematics
reference sheet.
The Teacher's Guide includes a
description of the test, answer key, explanations and solutions, and a
guide to the New Jersey Holistic Scoring Rubric for use in grading
student-produced response questions. |
